Terms of service
These are the ground rules for using BuzzDraft to capture ideas, review AI summaries and share cards. They are a draft pending legal review.
Who can use BuzzDraft
You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email and account secure.
Use it responsibly
- Do not record anyone without their consent. Get everyone's consent before recording a group.
- Do not capture or share illegal or harmful content, including threats, harassment or content that exploits children.
- Respect other people's privacy and rights. Only submit or share content you have permission to use.
- Do not break into accounts, interfere with the service or try to bypass its limits or security controls.
AI is a prompt to think again
Summaries and scores are directional and can be wrong. A score means “worth revisiting tomorrow”, not a prediction of success. Check the summary against your idea and use your own judgment before acting or sharing.
BuzzDraft does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Its AI output is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Your ideas remain yours
You own your ideas and content. You grant BuzzDraft only the licence needed to run the service: to process, store, transcribe, summarise and display your content, and to share it when you request sharing. This includes using service providers for those tasks. It does not give us ownership of your ideas or permission to sell them.
The licence lasts only as needed to provide these functions and carry out deletion. Sharing makes a card available to anyone with its link. Check it first; automatic masking may miss personal details. Copies saved by others can remain after you stop sharing.
Free tier and future plans
The free tier currently allows 20 active ideas and one reminder per idea. Archived and failed ideas do not count towards the cap. You can archive or delete ideas to make room.
A paid tier may be offered later, with its price and terms shown before you choose to pay. Joining a waitlist does not buy a subscription. BuzzDraft does not support real-money stakes, commitments backed by money or payments between users.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as-is, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate AI output or delivery of every reminder. Keep a separate copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Nothing here removes rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending use and deleting your account
You can stop using BuzzDraft at any time. You can delete individual ideas or delete your whole account in Settings, with confirmation. Account deletion removes your ideas, transcripts, audio, reminders, shares and push subscriptions from the app's active storage.
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or to protect people and the service. Suspension is not the same as deleting your data. Contact us if you need help closing an account you cannot access. The privacy policy explains deletion and its limits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms here with a new date. Review the current terms before continuing to use the service; contact us if a change raises questions.
